At COD Yachts, we strive to provide high-quality yacht parts to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below.

1. Customers have a maximum of two weeks from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.

2. The returned product must be in perfect conditions, unused, and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee

1. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.

2. The restocking fee covers administrative costs associated with processing returns.

Exchanging Parts

1. If a customer wishes to exchange a part for another:

    – The initial part must be returned to us.

    – Once we receive the initial part and verify its condition, we will promptly ship the replacement part.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and details about the part you wish to return.

3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Exceptions

1. Custom-made or special-order parts are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
